Frequently asked questions
What do I get on the Free plan?
One video a month, exported at 720p with a small Made with Scene24 watermark. You get the motion editor, chat edits, a brand kit and workspace members, the same as every plan. Paid plans export at 1080p without the watermark.
What happens when I hit my video limit?
Add a Video Pack (+5 videos for $15; packs never expire) or move to a bigger plan. Unused monthly videos do not roll over.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
From Billing in the studio. Plan changes and cancellations go through Polar, our payment provider. When you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and your films stay in your account.
Which formats can I export?
MP4. Web is the default, a smaller file for posting and uploading; Original keeps the full film grain at more than twice the file size. Films are made in 16:9. If you recompose a film for 9:16 or 1:1 in the motion editor, you can export that cut too.
Is there a free trial for the paid plans?
The Free plan is the trial: one video a month, no card needed. Upgrade when you need more.
How does the Team plan work?
Team is set up by email at hi@scene24.so: 50 videos a month and a shared workspace. Brand kits and workspace members are free on every plan, so you can invite your team on any of them.
